Delta Dental offers a nationwide network of participating dentists.  Using an in-network PPO dentist either with the Self-Funded Dental Plan or with Delta Dental saves you money on your out-of-pocket dental expenses.

Find a Dentist

If you are a member of a Delta Dental Plan please follow these instructions.

Visit Find a Dentist. Follow the instructions below to find a Dentist

• Choose Delta Dental Premier as your Program.
• Select Your State.
• Click Continue.
• Read the Important Information and click Continue again.
• Enter your City, State, and Zip Code.
• You may select to search by the Specialty and the Last Name.
• Click Submit.

You will be given a list of Dentists to review.
