Life Insurance Benefit for Teamsters: $75,000 Basic Life Insurance($50,000 provided by the City of Henderson, and $25,000 provided by the Teamsters Local 14 Health Trust)

Accidental Death Benefit: If death is as a result of an accident, the Beneficiary will receive an additional $50,000. If employee is dismembered (such as loss of sight in an eye, loss of a hand, foot, limb, hearing, speech, etc.), benefits will be paid to the employee as a percentage of the basic life amount.
