You may also log in to the CarelonRx.com portal to search for pharmacies near you.  You will need your UMR member number the first time you log in to CarelonRx portal.      

If you have coverage through Teamsters Local 14 PPO, your Prescription Benefit can be accessed through the Elixir Pharmacy Locator at elixirsolutions.com or call 800-361-4542.  You'll need to log in to the Elixir member portal to find in-network pharmacies.

 If you have coverage through Teamsters Local 14 HMO plan, your Prescription Benefit can be accessed directly through Health Plan of Nevada.
