All Full-Time City employees are eligible for the following retirement related benefits:

• Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) - Employer Paid Contributions
  • Public Safety Contribution - 50.00%
  • Non-Public Safety Contribution - 33.50%
• Retirement Health Savings (RHS) Accounts 

It should be noted that employees do not earn Social Security credit while employed with the City of Henderson.
