City Self-Funded PPO/CDHP: You can contact an in-network mental health provider by visiting Sierra Healthcare Options and typing "Mental Health" into the search. You will find a customized list of providers closest to you.

Teamsters: If your insurance is provided through Teamsters Local 14, access to mental health resources can be found here.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is another valuable resource you can utilize to seek assistance.
